(SLS) Selective Laser Sintering

Selective Laser Sintering is a rapid manufacturing technique that builds 3D parts by sequentially fusing thin layers of powdered thermoplastics using a computer controlled laser. With no need for tooling or machining, the manufacturing process is accelerated and expenses are decreased.

Using 3D Systems Sinterstation® Pro, we build production-ready parts and rugged prototypes directly from digital CAD data. We currently operate the world’s largest SLS® machine with a maximum build volume of 21 5/8" x 21 5/8" x 28 7/8". This allows large parts to be built in one, fully functioning piece. The large build volume also allows more parts to be created in a single run, maximizing productivity and speeding time-to-market.
